Heritage Pork Sausage, 1lb Pack

Bulk sausage is the foundation of a good breakfast. Or a savory dinner. Or a *really* good lunch. However and whenever it is consumed, pork sausage is a great protein. Especially ours!

This sausage is seasoned only with salt and pepper, and nothing else. Due to the Berkshire fat content, it is a sweeter, lighter sausage that is extremely pleasant on the palate. We just can't eat commercial sausage anymore - it leaves an aftertaste that is ... off putting. Ours does not. Try it for yourself to see!
