The five ready-to-order boxes include UPS Next Day shipping to supported delivery addresses. We ship on Mondays; Next Day refers to transit after your order ships, not the day after you place it. The Pasture Sampler, Chicken Essentials, and Lamb Lover's boxes are curated from current farm inventory. Their exact contents can vary, and substitutions may be needed when a product is unavailable. Use the product descriptions as a guide to the kinds of cuts you may receive, not as a guaranteed package-by-package list.
If one particular cut is essential to your plans, build your own box from what's currently available. Select exactly 10 items; you can choose more than one of a favorite item. The displayed total is based on those selections.
Think about how you use your freezer
Ground Beef Box keeps the decision simple: take out the number of 1-pound packages your recipe needs and keep the rest frozen. Chicken Essentials and Pasture Sampler offer more variety, so you can match the available packages to a grill night, a roasting recipe, or a soup.
For broth-focused cooking, choose Bone Broth Box. Its chicken bone broth is made by our processor in Baltic, Ohio, using chicken from our farm. The ten 18-ounce pouches give you a dedicated supply without buying a mixed meat box.
We don't assign a fixed number of meals to a box. That depends on the actual cuts, the recipes you choose, and your household's portions. For the three approximate-10-pound mixed boxes, remember that any included chicken stock counts toward that total.
