We’re John and Mary Davis—fourth-generation farmers raising our family on the same Ohio land our family has cared for since 1906.

Everything You Need to Know Before Ordering

Is shipping really included?

Yes. UPS Next Day shipping is included in the listed delivered price of our ready-to-order farm boxes.

Where do you ship?

We ship qualifying farm boxes only to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. See our shipping policy.

When will my order ship?

Order by noon Eastern Time on Monday for dispatch that afternoon. Orders received after the cutoff ship the following Monday. We do not dispatch on holidays; if Monday is a holiday, that week's dispatch moves to Tuesday. UPS Next Day describes transit after dispatch, not the day after ordering. See our shipping policy.

Will the meat arrive frozen?

Orders leave the farm frozen and are packed in insulated materials with cold packs for UPS Next Day delivery. Unpack the box promptly after delivery. If the food arrives not frozen, email farm@laughlinhighlandsfarm.com within 24 hours of receiving the package for a refund or replacement. This is our only refund or replacement exception; otherwise, we do not accept returns or give refunds, except as required by law. See our refund policy for full terms.

What is inside each box?

Each product page lists the expected mix. Because farm inventory changes seasonally, substitutions of comparable products may occasionally be necessary.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

A signature is not required, but we recommend arranging for the box to be brought inside and unpacked promptly.

Can I choose my own cuts?

Yes. Use the Pasture Raised Box Builder to choose from currently available cuts and products.
