Refund policy

Frozen-arrival guarantee

If your package arrives and the food is not frozen, we will provide a refund or replacement. You must notify us at farm@laughlinhighlandsfarm.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.

No returns or other refunds

We do not accept returns of our perishable food. Except for the frozen-arrival guarantee above, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
