Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship qualifying farm-box orders to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options available for your order.

Monday shipping schedule

Orders must be received by 12:00 noon Eastern Time on Monday to ship that Monday afternoon. Orders received after the cutoff ship the following Monday.

We do not dispatch orders on holidays. If Monday is a holiday, we dispatch on Tuesday instead.

Delivery

UPS Next Day Air shipping is included in the listed delivered prices of our ready-to-order farm boxes. Next Day Air describes transit after dispatch, not next-day delivery from the time you place your order.

We pack our products frozen in insulated packaging with cold packs. Bring the package inside and unpack promptly after delivery.

Frozen-arrival guarantee

If your package arrives and the food is not frozen, notify us at farm@laughlinhighlandsfarm.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will provide a refund or replacement under our refund policy.
