Beef to be butchered in January 2026. This deposit covers wholes, halves, and quarters. Final price will be calculated at $5.50 per lb + butchering fees. We are aiming for a 600lb hanging weight for a whole.

Important Note: This pricing assumes a 1,000 lb live weight animal. Natural variation in weight and cost is to be expected and is normal.


• QUARTER BEEF

  • Est. Hanging Weight: 188 lbs

  • Est. Take-Home Meat: 122 lbs

  • Estimated Total Cost (does not include butcher fee): $1,031.25

  • Includes: Steaks, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, limited ribs/brisket (no offal unless requested)


• HALF BEEF

  • Est. Hanging Weight: 375 lbs

  • Est. Take-Home Meat: 244 lbs

  • Estimated Total Cost (does not include butcher fee): $2,062.50

  • Includes: Steaks, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, brisket or ribs (split), optional organ meats


• WHOLE BEEF

  • Est. Hanging Weight: 750 lbs

  • Est. Take-Home Meat: 488 lbs

  • Estimated Total Cost (does not include butcher fee): $4,125.00

  • Includes: Steaks, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, brisket, short ribs, full offal (optional)


All cuts are vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. Custom cut options are available.
